HOWTO setup rules

• Register Triggers (necessary only once, they are kept even over a node reset)
• Register ACA rules (note that the action that the rule is defined to react upon has to be a known domain action (defined somewhere in the domain ontology, e.g. travel-domain.n3). ACA rules are dropped with a domain node reset.
• Register for actions: the domain node registers at the domain broker for certain actions in order to receive domain actions. Registrations can be found at the domain broker, e.g. Semwebtech-DomainBroker.
• Register ECA rules: register ECA rules at an ECA engine. MARS is managed via it's own frontend, e.g. SemwebTech-MARS-Frontend.
